That is why I have decided to host FREE Meditations on a regular basis, primarily focused on Peace and LOVE in this world, but I want to also focus on you - the individuals who may wish to be a part of this healing process ❤️.
My intention is to deliver the power of these Meditations to people who need to improve their health, or any area of their life. Love is the most powerful form of healing for every single cell of the entire Universe that we collectively comprise.
Energy work knows no boundaries; thus, meditations may be done globally and without personal interaction. You can be a direct part of them, but you don't have to. My love and energy will be sent to each of you anyway.
I have been a spiritual coach for many years and have been using variable techniques to accumulate the positive, healing energy of the Universe. I have engaged in spirituality, positive thinking, and meditations since childhood.
The process is quite simple. Through a deep meditative state, I will accumulate energy and send it to every cell of the earth. My love and healing thoughts will touch every single being without exception. People who sign up for my meditation can be a part of this process and meditate with me regardless of location and time zone at a predetermined hour to make the intensity even greater. However, the power of thought and love is so immense that this meditative process of goodness does not require direct interaction and/or participation if that is not possible on your part.

When you meditate you access the higher realm by connecting with your High-Self (intuition, Third Eye) and this will make higher, healing vibrations more available to you. Meditation is about shifting your mind in order to achieve an expanded state of consciousness. Meditations teach and prepare your perception to face various circumstances more easily, more empathetically and with brighter attitude.
Abraham Lincoln is purported to have said, “Most folks are as happy as they want themselves to be.”
In other words, we form structure of what we will and will not let ourselves to do, and we do this through our thinking. We are always able to change the state of our thinking if we wish so. And meditation is a very useful tool how to reach this goal. How to keep our thoughts positive, optimistic, and filled with kindness towards everything and everyone I think that is so wonderful and invaluable!
1. Relax
One of the first the most important task to learn is to relax, to make yourself so comfortable that your mind and body will almost disassociate. In my experience, this is the most challenging process, mainly if we are going through something difficult in life. At the beginning, our thoughts may feel very dense and very much like they are part of us. But then, miracle happens, and by practicing meditation we notice that our thoughts get less and less invasive. We suddenly become capable of separating them from ourselves. And this is the greatest freedom we allow ourselves and receive at the same time.
What can get you into a more relaxed state? You can try to take a shower, bath, or a short nap. Some light exercise, a stretching routine, or a massage will also help releave tension. Another factor involved with deep physical relaxation is temperature. You can use light blanket, warm clothes, or a fan if it is too warm. During the meditation you should be at a comfortable level so please do not overeat yourself as well.
On the other hand, to calm yourself down mentally many times may be quiet challenging. I personally like to wrap myself in a golden protective bubble where I gradually dissolve all mental threads. I picture my energetic body in the golden space, floating, without any worries, burdens until I feel maximally relaxed and detached from any mental formations. I try to keep any anxiety and mental processes out of my golden bubble. It's hard, but it's all about practice and you'll get there too.
2. Breathwork
Breathing is key to successful meditative state. It promotes deep relaxation, provides brighter inner focus, and increases the intensity of vibrations for the healing.
There are several techniques of meditative breathing. My favourite is this: Take a deep breath in through your nose but inhale the air as if into your abdomen. Move the air slowly from your abdomen to your lungs, throat, and nose. When you exhale, it's the same process, but you exhale with your mouth closed and pass the air through your throat, lungs back into your abdomen. It may sound difficult at first, but it's a very simple process that stimulates energetic centres in your body.
If you do not manage to do it right away, it is absolutely fine. Try to apply at least deep inhalations and exhalations with your mouth closed.
3. Meditate
Apply the above breathing technique throughout the meditation. I prefer to lie down to make my physical body as much comfortable as possible, but you can sit too, if you like to. The meditations can be different. They can be in the form of completely disconnecting from our mind and body, where we use a visualization technique to focus on the point between our eyes - the Third Eye (intuition) and imagine a space in which there is completely nothing – a complete VOID. Any incoming thought is dissolved in loving light.
The next technique is based on visualization too, but it is paramount to progress through the first point – relaxation, so that the mind is not weighed down by unnecessary terrestrial deposits. Visualization can be so colourful, unbounded and there is truly no limit to your fantasy.
Here is an example that relates directly to the global meditation I'm going to be organizing:
After connecting with my energy center of the 6th chakra – intuition (located between the eyebrows or in between and just above eye level), all my thought processes are suspended. Any pain, nervousness or agitation are locked. I am relaxed, connected to my soul, my physical body is light like a feather to the point of not feeling it at all. I am transported into an infinite golden space. The space of goodness, love, and protection. I see Mother Earth in front of me. She is tiny and immensely beautiful. I can take her in my hand, and I fill HER with my LOVE. I thank her for the wonderful refuge, the home she provides for all beings. I feel all the natural elements and their irreplaceable role. I hear rumbling rivers, wisdom of oceans, purifying rain, rustling leaves, and I smell the flowers. I perceive every single BEING going through different situations, circumstances, and emotions. I hold the diminished Earth close to my heart and place in her my greatest love, gratitude, and health for all her fragments – for ALL of YOU. My healing thoughts go to all the people, animals, to the entire kingdom of nature, and to all the circumstances that need to get to equilibrium.
4. Affirmation
While meditating, you can internally say affirmations to yourself. In essence, they are here to help you focus and to reassure you to program all levels of your mind and body towards what you are trying to accomplish. Affirmations can again be various, but again I will mention some that you can use directly in a global meditation for peace and love on our mesmerizing planet but also for your personal health or any situation you try to improve.
5. End
The meditation can last between 5 to 60 minutes. The global meditation that I organize lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. It depends on the energy level of the particular person. It is not a competition! Our energetic system is so unique and brilliantly built hence we internally feel what is most comfortable for our body. So please, be kind to yourself. To master meditation techniques requires time and determination, but I promise you – it is worth it 😊!
When the meditation is over, we gradually shift our attention to the physical body and give thanks thereby expressing gratitude for the cleansing and for manifesting of our dreams and intentions.
